Virus Shutting off my Laptop!? [CLOSED]

I have been experiencing random shutoffs with no error messages at times of no activity, logins, and during full antivirus scans(norton2005.) I believe I had come into contact with the aurora/vx2 virus, I thought that was what had been causing the shutoffs, I got rid of it(or thought I had,) and the shutoffs persist. I am closely considering formatting the working drive and starting over. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

O2 - BHO: IEPlugin Class - {CF7C3CF0-4B15-11D1-ABED-709549C10000} - C:\Program Files\Advanced System Optimizer\IEHelper.dll (file missing)

Disable either Spybot's Teatimer or Microsoft AntiSpyware's resident protection. They perform practically the same task and could be conflicting.

Also upgrade IE and XP to SP2.
