I have a PSP (Playstation Portable) which can be hooked up to the computer via USB cable. I an able to hook it up on my Dell computer but my HP pavilion comes up with a message that says:
" Unknown USB Device No Recognized. One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it. For assistance in solving this problem, click this message"
I go through all the steps in trying to find drivers and all that and nothing is found. Can someone please help????
