Pdf word reader

Hey all i have a quick question about pdf. So i have a pdf file however i can't search the file for words. I wanted to know if any one knows of a program that when i scan a page and save it. After i save it i will be able to scan it and have the words be recognize so that i can searcht he document later on.

In Adobe Reader you can search with simple CTRL + F. However if you are searching for a document that you've scanned it will effectively be a picture. You would need Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to run the image through, at which point you could search.
