Need help. I backed up my system on a external hard drive with back up software. This software will not open the back up file. Currently windows xp has install and uninstall errors and would like to either fix errors or use back up to "Get back to where I once belong". Relatively determined to do it myself, just need help before I have to go way down the road to the computer place. Appreciate any feedback. oho
