I want to start my last project in my computer class. i have a linux server (linux mint 9) that successfully connects to other computers (XP) via simple machines and appache to basically make a small LAN website just within the class. i would like to upgrade this to being able to broadcast audio/video from the server to the other computers, through a live feed and eventually broadcast the A/V signal into actual tv(s). I have a video camera, and a capture card. however im not sure how to get into all this (ie. tutorials, how to articles, ideas/suggestions, etc.). Please note this is like a LAN TV channel type experiment, not a pc to HDTV type thing, which is all i have found on Google. If you have any experience or suggestions as to how to get started or websites to see, please let me know. Thanks! :D

Also, i am sorry if i posted this in the wrong place, i just figured audio/video would be the best place.
