Of course the other way is as thus:

If it says Bestec, Q-Tec or ColorsIT, it's most definitely rubbish and I wouldn't give them to my worst enemy.. Same tends to go for most PSUs you get with cases.
If it says Antec, Corsair or Coolermaster, they're usually pretty decent, though there's always a rogue bad model on occasion.

Normally you get what you pay for in a power supply.
