Hey I have a problem

So I turned off my pc after deleting all my junk and now I have a system/ windows32/program thing that when turning on my pc jumps to a error page where it asked me to load up a cd and press R.

I have a mini laptop that has no cd drive so this to me looks impossible ( no I do not own a adapter for a cd drive)

How can I fix this?

Its a windows xp gateway
