Hi, I have a Dell Studio Desktop with Windows 7 Home Premium. While I was using my computer, I lost all the power in my home (a blackout occurred). My computer shut off and now when I turn on my computer and type in my password in the welcome screen I get this message:
The User Profile Service service failed the logon
User profile cannot be loaded.
And then I get logged off. What happened exactly? What do I do in this situation please? I have very important information on my computer that I do not want to lose. I really need my computer as soon as possible because I have to use it for my job training :D I would really appreciate your help. Thanks a lot.

The sudden loss of power has probably corrupted the User Account that was running at the time.

Does this Microsoft page help? : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947215
