Let me preface this with the fact that I am computer retarded.

Last night i got the new Itouch 4. My computer has had errors for a while not allowing me to connect to itunes to buy music or to play online radio through my itunes (and even my media player...). These same errors stopped me from connecting my new Itouch, making it impossible for me to even turn the [bleep] thing on.

I got a great idea to take it to the office, download itunes, and set it up in the office all while still being able to play with my music on my home itunes until i figure out the connection issue.

Then, in the middle of my download of itunes i had another issue.

As you can see the path is incredibly simple. Its in my personal computer files and it still asks me if i have access to that directy. I can go into that directory even while it asks me that.

Does anyone know how to explain this to a retard, and how the said retard can fix this with a little guidance?

Please and thank you.

Ps. I tried to save it into a different directory. I also tried to download bonjour on its own. Everything else seems to be fine but without this it still won't recognize my itouch.

McAfee Security Center can cause this problem. Are you running that program and if so, can you disable it temporarily and retry the installation?
