Error code 80070005 = permissions error. Almost always caused by not doing Updates through an admin account.
It may also be caused by multiple firewalls on the system.

Thanks for the reply Neil
He is logged in as the admin and all antivirus/spyware and firewall I disabled and still got the error! Any thoughts on what else it could be?
