Computer infected with the spyware "Security tool"

My brother's pc are infected with the spyware/ad program "Security tool".

No antivirus would run , i have renamed them. But they still dont want to run in normal mode. ALl the scans i post here is scanned in safe mode.



- I have tryed scanning with http://www.superantispyware.com/ in safemode, removed and reebooted into normal mode.

- I also have scanned my computer with Malwarebytes in safemode.
When i restartet the computer back into normalmode, it was still there.

Problem solved...

I restored my brothers pc to an older restore point.
