HELP! can't get on ANY MSN sites!

i can't get to hotmail, msn's home page, msn groups, nothin msn... i can get on msn messenger and it accepts a log-in, but even after that, i still can't get on their websites... for some reason, the msn log-in page looks completely different now also--no blue graphics, just a plain-looking web page... PLEASE HELP ASAP!!
