HP compaq CQ50.
Has a partitioned drive, when I try to reinstall from partitioned drive, it freezes at 64% complete everytime. The windows sticker is unreadable on the back. Has windows vista basic though. I tried using jellybean key finder in command prompt, but could not find the key in the corrupt windows that will not load.
Any ideas how I can find the key for this windows vista?
Computer will not load windows, recovery partition only completes to 64%. Now since I tried doing a repair with my windows vista disks, that didnt work, and the recovery partition will not start up when I press F11, goes straight to the screen asking me how I want to boot windows because it was not shut down properly last time...

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, I do not want to buy a new disk just to get a key. Please help
thanks
