Unable to open itunes store

Hi, Am running Windows 7 on my laptop and can open itunes fine, but can't access the store. Have checked the firewall, Windows one), and the site is allowed, so wonder if anyone could help please?
Also have the same problem when trying to open the Sims internet option.
