Ok so I just got a new HP laptop with Windows 7 64-bit and i downloaded media player classic and i did the k lite. But when i try and play a video in rmvb format it says...

Media Player Classic - Home Cinema could not render some of the pins in the graph, you may not have the needed codecs or filters on the system.

I did the Direct X runtime cause that was my first problem, but now i have video with no sound. Plz help... Thanx.

Hi ashitaga,

This error usually points to ffdshow not having the AMR codec enabled.
You will have to install this codec for the sound of the video.

You can find the ffdshow decoder here (direct download)

Download the file and run it, it will start installation.

Click next and edit settings u want accordingly until you reached the screen "select additional tasks".
In this screen you have to scroll down to "audio formats" and make sure AMR is selected!

After that click next and install the decoder, after that reboot and then try to run your video again.
This time you should have sound.
