Blue screen and no access to safemode

I try to start the computer it begins slowly very slowly after about a minute I try fix the computer but the blue screen of death shows up again before any of these happened yeas watching the movie when a pop up showed and said that my memory was to full. My next resort was going safemode and safemode with networking but the blue screen appears there to. There is not enough time to fix it.
