Keep getting the following error message when I open Internet explorer (please see attached file).

Any ideas anyone?

Your screenshot looks suspect to me - for starters the word "inconvenience" is mis-spelled "inconvinience" (Microsoft don't usually get spelling wrong, it's neither English nor American spelling), and the module tbSt_0.dll seems very obscure, certainly not a genuine Windows file that I know of. I suspect your web-browser has been "hijacked" by malware that prevents it from working properly.
