windows error recovery

i was booting up my vista computer when this error page appeared
error page
Both options landed me on a loading files screen but either the loading fail halfway or my com restart and went back to the error page :D .Also tried pressing f8 for safe mode or any other options but it still brought me back to the error page T.T ;) ;)

PS:sorry for my bad english ;)
