I'm unable to access windows installer. When removing programs I receive message "Unable to access windows installer. Firewall setting on security software (CA security suite) were causing internet access issues. Was unable to access CA dashboard so I tried uninstalling which is when I received the message. I have posted the OTL logs as reqested. Any help on this is much appreicated...
