New Poly Win32 help

Hello,

McAfee told me this moring I have the New Poly Win32 Virus; unfortunately I did not take note of it's location.
I ran a complete scan in order to find it again, but this time McAfee found nothing.

I am a bit concerned over this and having read some other posts on removal of New Poly Win32 Virus it seems that each case is somewhat unique and the resolutions are a bit beyond my own competance.

Can someone please guide me through indentifying and fixing this problem.
