wireless connection adapter is disabled

Every time I boot my Dell laptop fails to connect to my wirless network.

Windows 7 reports that my wireless connection adapter is disabled.

When I open the device manager, I see that this is true so I enable this device.
The system works well from that point on until I reboot.

I have to go through this proceedure everytime I book my computer.
