Sprint Smartview Shuts down HP 311 mini Windows XP

I could us a little help. (Sierra 3G/4G modem )I have a new HP 311 mini netbook that works fine until Sprint Smartview is installed. I get a IDT PC Audio error and needs to shut down and then a JVM error and then a RPC 60 second countdown until the system shuts down.
Sprint CS only suggest downloading software from the website and the same thing occurs.
