Ok, well I was looking around on Overstock.com for cheap computers, and ran across this one: http://www.overstock...23/product.html and I was wondering if it's smart to buy it, and maybe drop a Core 2 Quad and a 5670 video card in it? Or is the Core 2 Duo thats in it now a good processor? I've never used a Core 2 Duo before, So I don't have any experience with it. I won't be doing much with modern games on it. Maybe play some pre-2007 games and a few Trucking and Flight simulators.

http://www.overstock...56/product.html I was also looking at this one. I compared the CPU's of both on PassMark.com and they both seem about equal. So which is the better deal? The IBM or the HP? Or maybe for a couple hundred more, should I build my own? Both of these PC's are from mid 2006.

What about something like this HERE?
A Newer system and everything but a OS included.
Purchase Win7 HERE
and you have a completely new system that you get to build yourself.
