tcpip.sys BSOD help pls!

I am using windows 7 64 bit and PC Tools Spyware Doctor with Anti-Virus.

I formatted my laptop because of the BSOD issue causes by tcpip.sys, then now after i formatted it the issue wasn't resolved.

I suspected that my antivirus(PC tools) causes this problem because that is the only program I intalled after formatting.

Did you delete the boot partition and created a new one in place of it before formatting?

What happens if you uninstall PC Tools Spyware Doctor? Does the blue screen still appear?

This may be irrelevant, but still. What's the make and model of your laptop? Any extra devices connected to the laptop?

Do you have all drivers installed perfectly?
