Hey all i have one quick question. All the type of coding i have seen html,C,MySQL,and JAVA all that good stuff i notice, is that they all have English text. Do programmers in Mexico, China, India, and all other countries do they all write code in English or how does it work for them?

HTML tags are or at least represent English words, period. The same is true of javascript and other languages that are sent to the computer in their human-readable form. In these cases having one standard is absolutely critical. There is no reason however that only English can be used. All languages are, after all, all equally meaningless strings of letters as far as the computer is concerned. I've hear of, but cannot now find reference to, certain programming language commands being translated into French.

Here's some programming languages not originally based on English
