Dialog Box / Web Pages Appearing

Suddenly, I have a "Configuring Microsoft Frontpage 2000" dialog box appearing at regular intervals, and webpages showing ads appearing, even when I have not engaged my browser. When I disable my LAN connection, neither happens and my computer runs normally. When I reconnect, the Frontpage dialog boxes and connecting to webpages continues. Occasionally, I also experience redirects. I do have Frontpage installed, but have not used it in about a year. Thanks you.
