I have a Dell Latitude Windows 7 and I have just tried to log on to my user account which I hasten is the only one on there and get the Error message User Profile Service failed the logon, I can not access safe mode or anything even tried the windows 7 disk but cannot access anything because of needing to logon, to frighten to muck about to much as I might muck it all up completely , don't know why this has happen as everything was ok yesterday, did go to microsoft and downloaded a fix it solution to flash drive but of cause can't access it unless I can logon , need help please,
