I installed quickcam chat in my father's computer running xp. however, when I try to run the cam there's no image and I get a message saying that quickcam cannot open because there's another webcam in use. I removed his old webcam software before installing quickcam. so I don't know what cam is detecting...........

any suggestion is appreciated
