Hi Sian Roper

Sorry for the delay in response. The forum has been very busy lately.

We can certainly help you but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.
Apply the update, reboot, and post a fresh Hijack This log.

We will need a new log because the file names will have changed since you last posted.

If you have already fixed your machine or received help elsewhere please post back and let us know.

Thank you

Firstly thank you for your reply.

I think i have resolved the problem, i have followed some of the initial steps that are on youe website, and downloaded the spy/ad-ware programme you had and it seems to have cleaned it up.

i havent had any pop ups saying i have suspisous files.

But i will be in touch again if i have further problems.

Thanks again for your help.
