My computer wont install windows! HELP

i wanted to restore my computer to factory settings becuase i was having issues so i went with restore and it turned on and it stated got error noise while saying Welcome After it started it said windows could not complete the installation to install windows on this computer restart the installation i hit ok and the computer restarts and does it again..... Please help its Mainly my only computer this one is already broke...

If the hardware is flaky/failing, there is no way the software will ever work right.

The solution? Fix/replace the flaky/failing hardware.
