I'm probably posting something that has already been answered elsewhere, but a quick search has lead me to so many different answers for this problem that I'm hoping someone can help me pinpoint where the glitch in my system is coming from.

Putting it simply, I can run a google search just fine, but every time I click on the results, it starts to open the correct page before jumping (and 'jump' is a word that pops up in the address bar some of the time while it's doing this) to a completely unrelated page. It does this in more than one browser - I thought my browser might have been the problem, so I've tested this. I'm running the latest version of AVG, Spybot and have done a HijackThis log check thing (below) to try and figure it out...Any help would be much appreciated, because I've reached the limit of my knowledge (admittedly, not very deep).

Thanks!

This is the wrong place to post HJT logs or any posts related to malware.
Post here: http://www.geekstogo...alware-removal/

They may ask you to run some other diagnostic software since HJT is no longer reliable and they don't recommend it any more.
