hello
how i fix directory or file c/windows prefetch corrupted in windows 7 interprize please evry time an warrning message appear says directory or file c/windowes prefetch corrupted try to fix it and when i run prefetch it tells me its not accecable

You have actually posted in the XP forum. Try this. if no fix achieved - or the commands will not run - post back and I will arrange for your thread to be moved to the Windows 7 forum.


Run the SFC /SCANNOW command. This will check and repair if necessary any critical Windows system files.

Open a command Prompt by right clicking and select 'Run as Administrator' and then at the command prompt type: chkdsk /f /r then press the enter key.
