I need to get a windows hp cd backup disk. Hp cust svc says they don't have and don't support. Call to local comp store says to find any windows hp media center back up and should work. One friend says can get online free. Do you know of any sites that I can download this from? Thanks

Sorry, a**a55, but we do not give help with obtaining Windows CDs or Recovery Discs other than directing you to the official channels which you've already tried.

I was told that maybe I could reformat and reinstall the OS. Is this something that I could do or should I go to a shop? Your input is greatly appreciated. Thanks
