HELP!

Last night my computer was infected with something. It has messed up my registry, installed a partition that I can't see or get to, it activated all of the network managing tools installed tracers of everything I do/type/activate etc. It changed security privlages, replaced definition files for my security software and all sorts of other nasty things. So I reformated the hard drive hoping for a fresh start. but nooooo it's loading my old registry and reinstalling things, and is running what appears to be a fake "trial" version of windows.... I don't know what to do...
