Cannot Publish my iMix

I have PC Windows 5.1, don't know much about computers, but reading all day...

I want to publish an iMix in iTunes. I select "Create iMix" but am directed to the iTunes 10 ad with no way out but to download the latest version. I tried to do that and was unable because "the older version of Bonjour cannot be removed" I don't really care about upgrading, but why can't I just Create my iMix if the option is there?
That's all i want to do.

PS. i tried to delete Bonjour, as per the advice in the forums, a little confused and unsuccessful. I tried to find a FREE Windows Cleanup Utility program but couldnt' (if that's what I need), the scan said I have 174 problems but I didn't want to pay so came back here.

At this point I just want to GET PAST THE iTunes 10 Ad and Publish my iMix. Thanks
