Flash problem

Whenver i go into a website that has flash on it a little red x in the top left corner apperes and i dont know what to do.


whats the problem?????????????????

you have to download flashplayer, or whatever it's called. i take it you're running firefox as your browser. click on the x next time and an option to install the software should come up.

And when i click on the red X nothing shows up

are you using firefox or explorer? check your settings restrictions. may have something to do with those.

i recommend downloading and using firefox. it's a better browser and less likely to be attacked by viruses. you'll still need explorer to download microsofat updates (cute, hu?) but that's about all you'll need it for.

if it is a flash problem probably now but it will prompt you to download it and provide a link. just to be safe uninstall flashplayer before reinstalling it using firefox.
