problem with smitfraudfix

my friends I downloaded the smitfraud fix.exe, but when I run it, the virus doesn't allow it for running. I've just read your last posts about this problem, but unfortunately I couldn't do anything. please help me. I really need my pc until next coming one hour.
I'd appreciate it if you tell how to do that.
