Is this safe? I have no idea what it is used for, but wanted confirmation prior to deleting. McAfee detected several things wrong today, but I didn't see this name specifically; however, problem didn't seem to occur until this add-on was added.

Also, what do I do with a quarantined file in McAfee? Will it get rid of it, or do I need to do something?
