Login screen: ______.exe Application error
The instruction at "Oxsomething" referenced memory at "0xsomething".
The memory could not be "read".

I click OK, another one pops up. Usually pops up whenever I open an application.

Some say at the top dllhost, svchost, rundll32, taskeng, etc., or nothing at all.

My searches have shown that is is related to Windows Update, and when I try to update the new Intel graphic update (I looked up one of the .exe and it says one of them is related to Intel, but I can't recall the name), it says it has failed.

Thank you very much in advance!
