Hi. I recently had a Hitachi 42" screen that when hooked up to my Acer desktop pc through HDMI cable worked perfectly well. Then the TV got broke, and it was replaced through insurance by an LG. (we actually bought an LG then still claimed so now we have 2!) Since then, neither of the LG TVs handle the PC very well, the screen flickers black. It usually occurs during videos (WMA or youtube) and also when using programmes such as Blender. We've rang the insurance company and they said it was our own fault for not checking the 'specs' properly on the new TV. At first we thought Windows 7 wasn't compatible from what we'd read online. Now we're thinking its the graphics card. Any suggestions? Are we right, what do we need instead?
