Spyware Warning Stuck on Desktop and weird stuff!

Yuck
Somehow I thought I was going to a good website, but it launched an EXE.
Things started popping up all over the place, mostly bargain buddy, Apropos stuff, and a lot of files with VX etc trying to access the internet.
There was also the lovely Kernel thing going on, which I think I removed.

Now i'm stuck with a few minor quirks.
I can't control active desktop, and the warning is still stuck on my desktop.

The Warning is a WINDOWS HAS DETECTED SPYWARE, RUN A SPYWARE PROGRAM, etc etc.


Some items are disabled on start up, these items looked weird.
Two of the lines didn't even have writings in the first sections, but wingding {} boxes straight across. The file ended with /run What are these? I stopped them from running for now. And, there is a line with nothing in the two other sections (but info of where it is)

Oh, and I moved Hijack this to the desktop.
And I downloaded EWIDO.
But I cannot control the active desktop or background at all.
