IBM webcam windowsXP compatability

I have an old IBM webcam and software. I installed it in my windows XP but it obviously isn't made for it from the resilutions I see when opening just the cam. Is the free software to make my cam compatable with XP...The part # is 416-302i-001 label ibm02av4003
