User built system with msi motherboard. Upgraded from vista ultimate to windows 7 ultimate (64 bit), system ran wall for 7 days now system crashes with "Ntldr is missing error". Tapped F8 and tried to use the "repair your computer" option then startup repair. startup repair replys that windows cannot repair this computer.

I can access the command prompt from the repair screen, but not quite sure which commands should be used and in what order.

any help would be greatrly appreciated.
