My PC was invaded this morning adding shortcuts on my desktop and favourites in explorer. I have run AVG, Microsoft Bets, Ad-Aware and Spybot...si I hope I have got the buggers...but....My desktop background has been changed to a warning and It will not allow me to change it. I bring up the display menu and it no longer has the tab for the background

Can anyone help?

Thanks for your reply Keith but they were no help.

I did as both links said....one did nothing...and the other i cant do because I have this problem.

I think this is a little deeper....unfortunately
