Computer turns on and turns off and restarts. Help!

Hi Everyone

Hi My computer turns on and then it turns off and keeps restarting. I put a Kaspersky Rescue Disk and run the disk, and this problem did not happen. It happens after the Windows logo on XP The specs are here: http://h10010.www1.h....2-3547775.html

I can't even get further than the windows xp logo as a black screen comes on and then it turns off. The bios work- I think, but I don't really know how to fix this.

I think this virus related as I have been attacked my viruses over the last 2 weeks a lot.

How can I fix this?
