hotmail sign-in problem

Can't access my sign-in page for my hotmail account from this PC - but I can do it with no probs from my laptop? Can anyone help me? I have tried calling Microsoft and they say it must be a problem with my PC. But I can access other sites ok on this PC.

What exactly do you mean u cant access it? A screen shot would be very helpful.
