Hi. I have an Acer laptop with windows 7 64 bit. Avast scan found

CLEANUP_MLP.CMD
c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\OEM
FILE SIZE:8723
LAST MODIFICATION: 2/26/2009
TIME OF TRANSFER 3/18/2011
CATEGORY: INFECTED FILES
VIRUS DESCRIPTION: BV:MALWARE-gen
FILE ID: 1

I ran Malwares program but found no infection. I ran avast bootscan and found the same malware. I moved it to avast virus chest. I am attaching an OTS and HiJack this scan log. Not sure if they are both the latest versions although I downloaded OTS program from this website. I just want to know if it is a false positive and if indeed have malware how can I fix this. Thanks.
Ran a panda scan and it found the malware as Trj/Deldir. Also found W32/Xor-encoded.A Please advise.
