I just bought components for a new computer and when I put it together it would not post. I took everything out except the processor, 1 stick of RAM and the video card and still nothing. I have a D-Bracket and the error I'm getting is "early chipset initiliaztion". I cannot get past this. Reset the bios and also put the mobo together on top of it's box. Still got nothing. Could it be the mobo or proc is bad? Please help. My system config is below.

Mother Board - MSI 865PE Neo3
Processor - Intel Pent. 4, 3.0 GHz
RAM - 1 GB Corsair Value Select (2 512 sticks)
Video Card - ATI All in wonder 9800 Pro
Power Supply - Antek 350W
Hard Drive - Western Digital 120GB
