Hello:

Just downloaded the new AwAware SE Build 1.06.

Currently I have Build 1.05 installed.

Should I uninstall the AdAware 1.05 before installing the 1.06?

If yes, is it best to do this from the Control Panel or from the Uninstall program?

Alos, should I delete the Program Files for the current version of AdAware prior to installing the new build?

Thanks in advance:

Eliuri

You can uninstall it first or when you download it will ask you to uninstall.
I uninstalled the old version first :tazz:

Edit.... I uninstalled via Add/Remove programs. I didn't delete the folder.

Please remove previous Ad-aware versions before installing newer version.

If not, problems will be caused.

Removing via Add/Remove programs and within the installion of another version of Ad-aware, the same process happens. There is no difference which way you remove the program.
