I have been tasked with trying to find a solution that can accomplish the following:

- Encrypted System Drive
- Encrypted External Drive
- Scheduled Full Drive Backup from System -> External
- Full disk restoration on system drive replacement

The target systems will be a range of Windows XP/Vista/7.

Everybody seems to be a fan of Acronis for backup and PGP for Whole Disk Encryption, although possible for a lack of a better alternative :D

After a bit of investigation it seems that backup and encryption rarely play nicely together. Can anybody confirm they have the above scenario working with the software suggested to me, or should I be looking at different software?

I don't suppose Full Disk Restoration is a definitive requirement, but it would surely be nice to eliminate down time :D

Thanks for any help or advice!
